As Franchise World Link continues to expand its footprint across 50 countries, robust operational leadership is more critical than ever. To drive our next phase of international growth and strengthen our internal infrastructure, we are proud to announce the appointment of Vu Minh Hoai as our new Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Vu Minh Hoai brings a wealth of global expertise and strategic vision to the executive team. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and earned a Post-Graduate Diploma in Switzerland. Over the past 17 years, she has built an impressive track record across a diverse range of dynamic sectors. Her extensive professional background includes high-level experience in finance with a specific focus on securities, alongside successful tenures in hotel management, sales consulting, logistics, and franchising.
What truly sets her apart is a deep-rooted understanding of the global franchise ecosystem. Prior to joining Franchise World Link, she spent nearly a decade at InXpress, a prominent franchise company, where she directly managed and supported a vast network of franchisees. This hands-on experience in navigating the operational challenges of a growing network ensures that she understands exactly what it takes to build a thriving, scalable, and supportive franchise environment.
Olivier Guerrero, CEO of Franchise World Link, shared his enthusiasm for this new leadership chapter.
“We are incredibly excited to welcome Vu Minh Hoai to our executive team,” Olivier stated. “Her remarkable 17-year journey across multiple fast-paced industries, combined with her decade of direct franchise management, makes her the ideal leader to streamline our global operations. I am fully confident that her strategic mindset and hands-on operational expertise will bring immense value to our partners, helping us scale our international network to unprecedented levels.”
With Vu Minh Hoai steering our operational strategy, Franchise World Link is better positioned than ever to connect franchise entrepreneurs and master franchisees worldwide.
